Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure smooth planning and preparation, all bookings must be made at least 8 weeks prior to your desired start date.
If you need to cancel after making a full payment, the following refund terms apply:

More than 8 weeks before the start date: Full refund minus the 50% deposit

6–8 weeks before the start date: 50% refund minus the deposit

6 weeks or less before the start date: No refund available
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Guest Conduct Policy
At Vedic Valley, we are committed to providing a peaceful, respectful, and healing environment for all guests.
To maintain the sanctity of our retreat space, we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or negatively impacts the experience of other participants or staff.
This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate language, aggressive behavior, disregard for retreat guidelines, or any actions that compromise the wellbeing or peace of the community.
